Is Design Thinking Important?

We think it is. And we are not the only one. Global Humanitarian Lab, ECO World, Apple, NIKE and many more do too. – it’s one of the secret sauce to achieve successful Community Building.

But what is it, and why?

CollabDeen presents ‘Design Thinking For Community Building’, the first-of-its-kind workshop event to equip your community.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

The Design Thinking workshop make use of the Design Thinking approach, which puts the end user in focus, enables people from various backgrounds to work together to solve community problems. Setting context and getting a clear understanding of the users' needs and challenges is imperative when exploring ideas and solutions.

Conducted by Miss Sharina, a Design Thinking specialist, who has being sharing her vast knowledge with companies such as IBM, P&G, Coca Cola and HPB to incorporate Design Thinking to their daily processes.

Design thinking is proven to work because it is a collaborative co-creative process grounded in engagement, dialogue, and learning. When you involve members and/or stakeholders in the process of defining the problem and in developing solutions, you have a much better chance of gaining commitment for change in your community.
